Our Vision
Pure Symmetry was created with a vision to build an accessible space which offers wholistic solutions to musculoskeletal dysfunction. Combining a clinical Myotherapy foundation with the functional exercises of Pilates enables the provision of effective solutions for musculoskeletal dysfunction. While delivering Myotherapy and Pilates classes via face to face consultations is instrumental to our business, we feel privileged to be living in a time where these valuable resources can be shared beyond our physical locality with the help of technology. The creation of an online extension of our face to face services is what brought about the creation of Pure Symmetry.
With our roots in a small rural community, we value community engagement and strive to offer an inclusive service, reflective of what we feel very grateful to enjoy in our home clinic and studio. We feel great satisfaction in sharing knowledge and seeing this create positive change in the lives of our clients.
Our Founder

Our founder, Toni Boland has practiced in the natural medicine industry for over 15 years, she holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy (now recognised interchangeably with Myotherapy), Diploma of Remedial Massage and is also a certified Pilates instructor. Toni also has a keen personal interest in yoga, mindfulness and the important connection between mind and body. Toni has spent the majority of her life living in rural communities and while there is nowhere else she would rather be, she is acutely aware of the difficulties that rural isolation can create. Making good quality health advice available to people regardless of their location has always been important to Toni and was one of the key factors that drove her to share her resources online via the creation of Pure Symmetry.
